What's New
Here you can keep up to date about the goings on in the real estate industry!
Need a Great Place to Stay? -
If you are coming to Spokane and want to look at real estate, I've got a great place for you to stay. The Spokane Club, a private athletic and social club located along the banks of the Spokane River in the downtown area, has a limited number of rooms available to members and their guests. Prices are comparable to hotel rooms, but that's where the similarity ends. The rooms are spacious and tastfully furnished with antique furniture. The restaurants include a lobby restaurant and the award-winning Cutter Room for more formal dining. The athletic facilities include an indoor pool, basketball gym, running track, raquetball and squash courts, and the latest in fitness and weight equipment. As a guest, you are entitled to free use of all the facilities. If you prefer, just take morning coffee or afternoon tea in an overstuffed chair in the Library with your favorite book or newspaper. It's a special place, and as a Spokane Club member, I'm happy to refer you to the Guest Services group. By the way, if we end up finding you that perfect house and you make an offer that is accepted, I'll pay for your first night's lodging at the Spokane Club. Now, that's a deal you can't beat. Let's get started!
